Great value for the money. The split level apartment Vittoria was spacious, clean, and had a modern design with all the necessary amenities. The location was fantastic, with all the popular sights within walking distance, and plenty of shops and cafes nearby. The staff was responsive and accommodating, great to check in early.
The morning meal could have been improved with more variety or options.

The property offers a paid airport shuttle service, which was great because I just love spending more money on transportation. Also, who needs air conditioning when you can have fans? So refreshing!
Oh, I just adored climbing up the stairs with my heavy luggage because there was no elevator. Such a delightful workout!

The cleanliness was top-notch, and Kelly was incredibly friendly. The location was superb, making it easy to explore. The check-in and check-out process was hassle-free and convenient. The apartment was a dream, with all the amenities one could ask for - dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, and more. The spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms were a pleasant surprise, and the strong wifi was a bonus. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the complimentary bottles of wine were a delightful touch. The staff, especially Alice, were helpful and responsive. Can't wait to return next year!

This place is perfect for friends who love going out at nights! The location is amazing, close to all major tourist attractions. You can easily walk to places like Piazza Navona, Vatican City, and Trastevere. The apartment is spacious and clean, with all the amenities you need like a dishwasher and washing machine. The staff is friendly and helpful, making sure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The only downside is that the towels provided were thin and some had holes in them. But it's a small issue compared to the overall great experience.

The apartment was super spacious and had jaw-dropping views. The beds were nice and comfy, and we loved the fact that there were two bathrooms. The location was mind-blowing, close to all the main attractions and amazing restaurants. The cute neighborhood had a supermarket nearby, making it convenient for us to grab anything we needed. Despite being centrally located, the apartment was surprisingly quiet at night. It was also clean and had all the amenities we needed, including wi-fi, a dryer, electric kettle, and cookware. The staff were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We were welcomed with cold drinks and pastries, and they even made us warm tea when we fell ill. Thank you so much for taking care of us like family!

I had a great stay at Residenza Gonfalone! The location was perfect, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops in the area. It was also very close to public transport and all the main attractions. The inside of the apartment was well-equipped and comfortable for a longer stay.
Although there were a couple of minor drawbacks, such as a dirty kettle and unfilled soap, overall my experience was positive. The staff was helpful and the apartment was really great, despite a slightly uncomfortable sleeping couch.

The room at Residenza Gonfalone was amazing! It had a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, so we could cook our own meals and save money. The flat-screen TV with satellite channels was a nice touch for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The private bathroom was clean and had a bidet, which was a pleasant surprise. the room felt cozy and comfortable, making us feel right at home during our stay.
Personally, I didn't really like the fact that the room had parquet floors. It just didn't suit my taste, but I understand that some people may find it charming.
